The two consultants Aerian Tatum and Whanda Heath were very knowledgeable, personable, engaging, friendly, patient, understanding, participatory, professional, and excellent at presentation the material in a timely, proficient, and professional manner to the audience.  I was very pleased in the overall content, presentation, and overall outcome.
